Sup everyone? Well this week we continued the study of light and we have a lab which is due Tuesday. Yeah I'm gonna rush 'cause I've got like three projects to do T_T (Yes of course I'm putting them off to the last minute! XD)
Soooooo what did we learn this week in science class?
Monday we had off. Yay! =)
Tuesday We discussed an object's reflectiveness and were told to find five objects at home and rate them 1-10 on their focus.
Wednesday We talked about how light rays reflect off of water. Water shows what is around it. The angle of the water matters because we could see ourselves unless we looked directly over the water. Light won't go backwards. These are somethings we talked about. We also came up with different hypothesises on how the light reflects objects. A+ B + C = 180 degrees is the calculation for all of the angles add up.
Thursday We started our big lab project on light angles and worked on it all period.
Friday we finished our take home quiz and worked on our angle project.
This week was important because we learned how light is reflected and used. This is vaulble to know because with global warming this can help us learn more about solar panels and how they work.
